The Bugs Have Found Us
Every season in Montana has its signs.
Winter brings snow (and wonderful outdoor sports).
Spring brings mud (gotta love getting muddy).
Summer brings bugs (lots of bug spray).
The recent rain has been great for lawns, gardens, rivers, and reducing fire concerns, but it has also created ideal conditions for mosquitoes and other insects.
Whether you're enjoying a backyard BBQ, spending time at the lake, camping, gardening, or simply relaxing on the patio, you've probably noticed that summer's tiniest residents have arrived.
Montana Summer Truth:
The bugs wait all winter for summer too!!
Fortunately, most of us agree the trade-off is worth it. Long evenings, beautiful sunsets, green lawns, fishing trips, and time spent outdoors are part of what makes Montana summers special.
Just don't forget the bug spray.
What's your least favorite Montana summer bug?
